3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at imau4u. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, and a valid email address. imau4u will use this information for identity verification, payment processing, and important account-related communications.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.

• Colluding with other players to exploit games or gain an unfair advantage.

Imau4u reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities if required.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Imau4u reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the case:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal or regulatory authorities.
• Holding multiple accounts.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, imau4u reserves the right to hold all account balances pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned to you through an appropriate method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the imau4u support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements are met, including full KYC completion.

9 Liability Limits
